About the role

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop efficient, data-driven strategies. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients across industries and contribute to their success through optimised digital advertising campaigns.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented person passionate about performance marketing to join our dynamic team and help continuously improve campaign results.

Requirements

Proven experience of at least 2-3 years managing digital advertising campaigns

Advanced knowledge of online advertising platforms and best practices (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Skills in data analysis and using insights for informed decision-making

Solid reporting and data visualisation skills in Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Power BI

Working knowledge of AI tools applied to advertising: creative generation, automation, data analysis and prompting

Excellent time management and organisation, with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Creativity and attention to detail in creating and implementing campaigns

Google Ads and Meta certifications (advantage)

Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and clients

English at a minimum C1 level, written and spoken; other languages are an advantage

Modern technology

Work with the latest tools and platforms in the digital marketing industry

Responsibilities

Planning and managing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Optimising campaigns to maximise ROI through A/B testing, targeting adjustments and performance analysis

Building and automating reports in Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Power BI, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate campaign impact

Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand objectives and develop tailored strategies

Staying current with industry trends and implementing best practices for continuous improvement

Developing and managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources

Setting up and configuring tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel)

Using AI tools to speed up creative production, data analysis and campaign optimisation
